Paul is the Director of Kenhurst Surveyors Ltd and their primary surveyor. 

He is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a graduate of the SAVA School of Surveying and holds the DipRSV qualification. 

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in residential property within West Sussex.

All inspections are carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the RICS. 

We consult clients before an inspection to ascertain if there are any particular areas of concern.  After the inspection, we can give our clients a verbal overview before providing a written report, if needed.

Each inspection, be it a Level 2 (homebuyer) or Level 3 (previously referred to as a full structural survey), is subject to the same rigorous approach. Each element of the building is visually inspected and a condition rating of 1, 2 or 3 is applied with an explanation of the reasoning behind each rating.  It is then reported in a clear, easy to read format in line with RICS guidance, explaining any technical terms in a jargon-free way, to ensure they are fully understood.
